Extremely well made. The glass is tempered so it will not shatter easily with heat. It's beautiful to look at and very functional in making a cup of tea. I have received so many compliments when people have seen me using it. I highly recommend this product if you are tea lover and don't want to brew your tea in a pot. It is completely worth the cost which is not high to begin with.

This is great tea cup! I wanted one I could use blooms, loose leaf, or bags and this works great. You can heat up your water in this, directly on stove top, in microwave, or use your tea kettle to heat water and pour directly into the cup. Very understated yet pretty at the same time! It holds 15-16 oz of water ( depends on how full you like) so I use two tea bags in the infuser at once. The infuser insert has a nice rim so it sits perfectly in your cup and is easy to remove, even when hot. The Borosilicate glass is so easy to clean, and I like that I can see what I'm drinking. For less than $10, it was a bargain!

This is really nice. I have an electric stove so I really don't know exactly what the temperature is of the water. But even when I pour it in there you heard no popping. No breaking no crystalline over. I just think it's a really good product and I'm so appreciative. You can see what's going on while it's steeping and you can use raw tea in it. However, if it's too small, it will leak out through the hose into the main glass so you do have to be careful with that. But the heat resistance is great and the overall performance is great and easy to clean

This glass cup with infuser is great. ALL parts are glass. The only 'issue" is sometimes the smallest particles of tea slip through the infuser. I will most likely purchase another. One for work, one for home.

Arrivée filtre intérieur ébréché. Très fin. Dommage car la tasse en elle-même est plus épaisse. Par contre, Amazon, comme d'habitude n'a fait aucun problème pour organiser le retour et le remboursement.

I gave it to my husband as a surprise present and he was indeed surprised. I am planning on getting it for my grandpa also. It’s perfect quality , and exactly what I needed. You can make tea in one cup with no mess.

Excellent quality, appearance and functionality. Not flimsy at all (as claimed in some reviews) and came in perfect packaging and timing. The only minor problem is that smaller particles get through the infuser slots and into the tea, which means the product is best used for larger leaves.

It’s a brilliant product, I managed to try it, but the cup at the top was broken so I could not actually use it but still wanted to put stuff in the infuser to see
