I tried one of those companies that tells you about the bacteria in your gut, and then comes up with a probiotic plan for you that they send you. I tried their probiotic for 6 months and after not feeling great I looked for a better option. The toniq probiotic has all of the strains that were mentioned I needed from the test I took. After 2 weeks on the toniq probiotics I started to really feel a change in my gut. And now I have been on them for over a year and wouldn't go back to anything else. The quality seems to be there, the lids are sealed, and they smell really good too. Doesn't taste bad either. They are not horse pills so if you do well with regular capsules, you should be able to swallow these fine. Its a good brand, we use a few other products and have had no issues with quality. This one gets put in the refrigerator for best results, and you take 2 a day. I have been on this for 3 years now.

When the Ophthalmologist prescribed this, he also mentioned that it MUST BE REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING. With that caution, it seems to be working to eliminate my sore eye.

I have tried multiple probiotic products over the years with minimal success and some even making things worse. This Toniiq product is the exception. It just flat out works. Improved bloating and digestion along with improved mental and physical well being. I take a half dose every morning. 200 Billion CFU is a massive dose. 100 billion is more than enough for me. That also makes the value of the product even better. Toniiq makes great supplements and this product is no exception.

VERY powerful product. CAN BE HARD ON YOUR STOMACH - I suggest you take 2 tablets early in the day, with food. So many pro-biotics in such a small form is like eating many concentrated yogurts all at the same time. You will feel more "alive," within the first week. I took these after a 2 rounds of antibiotics to cure a stubborn ear infection, and had no decent bacteria in my body. I feel so "vibrant," after the first week of these. If you take pro-biotics for training, I think these would be an excellent choice. If you take these to recoup from taking anti-biotics, I think you can't make a better choice.

Good product but this is the 3rd time I have canceled my subscription. We'll see.

I have purchased countless probiotic supplements from many different manufacturers and this is literally the only one that actually seems to benefit me and other than a couple of single strain probiotics from two other manufacturers, this is the only one I intend to continue purchasing. I actually made a large spreadsheet of all of the probiotic strains I wanted and this and one other brand contained almost all of those on my list and far more than any other products and this product appears to contain far more living bacteria than the other. I almost always culture probiotics I purchase before taking them and this product is the most robust and quick to colonize my culture media I have seen. Sadly, roughly 10% of those I have cultured over the years were either very weak or completely dead when I received them! Anyway, if you are looking for a good multi strain probiotic with a great selection of named strains mentioned in published studies that is also very reasonably priced I would highly recommend this Toniiq Probiotic 200 product!
