I got this foot massager for my mom's Birthday. She went to a massage parlor before and got to try a foot massager that looks like this one. It was a different brand but I took a chance and bought one. It works very well. My mom likes it and she does say it feels like the one she tried at the massage parlor place. I tried it as well but my feet are probably a bit too large for this device and it feels like it will crush it. It's a bit snug for me, but perfect for my mom. It has different massage modes and a booklet to let you know what each mode is for. I can't attest the different mode does anything it says but it's there for fun. You can also set it to manual and you can set your own speed and direction instead of using the preset ones. The remote is a bit finnicky. At first it wasn't working and I thought it needed a new battery. But after changing the battery, it's still not working but then when I pointed the remote toward the device, it reacted. I then put the old battery back in and find that you need to "point" the remote directly toward the device for it to pickup the infrared commands. Overall, I recommend this foot massager. My mom is using it every day. But be aware if you have a large feet. It might be a bit snug for you. And you have to point the remote directly at the device for it to work.

I bought this foot massager a few months ago and I can’t stop raving about to everyone! It’s literally changed my life and greatly improved my overall health. I literally feel like this foot massager has added YEARS to my life, not even kidding. I have had terribly flat feet my entire life which wasn’t much of a problem until I hit the age of 40. Since then, I have had trouble with back and hip pain, sleeping issues, and all kinds of not fun stuff that we all typically think is just part of “getting older”. I would try to work out to keep my body in shape but then would have such rigid, stuff, painful feet after working out that I wouldn’t be able to work out again for several days or an entire week. WHEN I BOUGHT THIS FOOT MASSAGER THIS ALL CHANGED! I had no idea that so many of my aches and pains were ALL tied to my painfully flat feet! This foot massager relives not only my foot pain, but my back pain, my hip pain, my sleeping problems, and has greatly improved my overall energy and well being! Even if you don’t have flat feet, I believe you too will notice an amazing improvement in your health, energy levels, and well being if you just give a little love to the foundation of your ENTIRE BODY: YOUR FEET! I literally now bring this with me when I do things like go to the beach for a weekend as walking on sand always greatly upsets my feet. I am planning on buying more foot massagers for Xmas gifts for several people I know who would benefit from it. GET IT!

My parents enjoyed this. they liked it until it stopped working . Thinking. About ordering another but we’ll see . Recommend it. Lasted a year working

I loved it so much i bought another for my father. HOWEVER.. why is the remote that goes to it never work. When it came it came with a battery inside, to my surprise it didnt have that plastic piece you pull off the back of it to activate it which most remotes like this do… so when it wouldnt work i assumed it was because they were old. I replaced the battery and it worked for a slight moment and then it stopped working. Its ok because the main device is amazing.. it would be nice to have a working remote however i am grateful the device itself is phenomenal. Please let me know how i can make it so i can use the remote. My mom who purchased this before me said her remote did the same exact thing. Please update your remotes if all of them are faulty… its a nice spec to have a remote to operate the device from… lol it would be even better if it was workable/usable.

This is a nicely designed unit and the maroon color is very nice. I have diabetes and foot tingling; my wife works for a retail company and spends all day on her feet - we both enjoy using this unit. Keep in mind, this is not the type of thing you use and all of your troubles disappear. It is going to squeeze your feet and by virtue of the design help improve circulation (FYI, I'm not a doctor and that is not a medical statement). The side areas of the unit do a nice job of cupping the sides and part of the top of the foot. I think this makes the massage more complete. On a negative note, I think the settings are to much of the same. There are six different modes but I'm not sure I can tell you the difference between any of them. Second, the remote control is to small and has to be point directly at the unit. I wish it was Bluetooth instead of infrared. Because of the remove control size this would not be a practical gift for people with large or arthritic fingers.

Machine broke within a few months. Cannot contact buyer. We liked it and would like it to be replaced. We purchased extended warranty but the manufacturer warranty is still in place and there is no way to contact them.

Works great for the time that it works. Used it 2-3x per week and it stopped working out of the blue.

I have heel spurs and this machine I have now for over 3 months has been a game changer. I can work longer, it's relaxing. If I don't use it, my feet are in constant pain. The rollers are strong but also does not hurt your feet. I can apply foot pressure if I want more in some areas and it does not interrupt the rollers from rolling. The sides push in like compression and it feels good, definitely good for blood flow. You can use on hands and arms too! I don't since I use it for my feet. Comes with remote and can be unzipped and washed. It's heavy duty, not cheap and I highly recommend 👌 Update 12/4/23 Still love it and it is still working just as good as day one. Again highly recommended.

Doesn’t have heat but otherwise works well.

I was a bit skeptical about this, but turned out to be an excellent massager. You can move your feet according to the area you to be massaged and the thing speeds up and down. It feels like a person was massaging you. Good pressure and very comfortable.
