Comfortable and good quality
I use this on and off throughout the day for work calls on both a Windows laptop and Apple Mac. It was easy to set up on both machines - connecting via Bluetooth on both. It's comfortable to use for long Teams calls and the sound quality is great. Battery life is good too, although I usually keep it docked on the charging base when not in use so it's always fully charged. It's a bit more expensive than some of the alternatives, however having used a few cheaper versions previously this one is well worth the money. It's better made and more comfortable than others I have used.

Uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time
Range isn't great, as it's bluetooth, but I can forgive that. The thing I can't get over is how uncomfortable it is for long periods of wear. I wear it from 9am -> 12:30, then 2pm till 6pm everyday. My ears hurt after about 2 hours. I never had that issue with my other headset. Pros Range is alright for Bluetooth, once you use the supplied dongle. Supplied dongle Cons Very uncomfortable for entire day use.

Faulty, no support.
Dislike - From new only ever had to sound on one side. Support not there and tried to resolve it thinking it was my settings, again little to no support with out accounts etc. Disappointed considering price
