Review: Once you use and extention it works great with s550 - I went to this transmitter since my old smaller tx fried its own wires. The gauge was very tiny and worked great for short flights but I flew it for an hour and the wires fried together. I saw the wires to this one are nice and thick and spread apart. I didn't pay attention to the size though. It is really big. Took a while to find a spot on my s550 to would work for it. I came up with just using an extension to put the tx in a good spot will running the extension to the antenna to a better spot.
