Too firm for me, but my brother liked it.

I got this to help with neck issues I was having, and will probably end up buying another one as well. Not only did it help with my neck problems, but it also proved to be really comfy as additional padding for my shoulder. As a side-sleeper, I have dealt with intermittent shoulder and neck pain for years. After this worked well for my neck, I had the thought of trying to stack it with another pillow above and further toward the head of the bed. This way, my shoulder got additional padding, and my head still had a higher support. Although it worked very nicely for my shoulder, I am going to buy another one so that I can get both neck and shoulder support concurrently. I highly recommend this product. It is supportive, comfortable, and stays nice and cool throughout the night.

Ok, I didn't follow directions, it says to let it sit for 3 days to allow it to firm up and the chemicals from factory to go away....I used it the first day because it firm up nice and I didn't smell anything to bad...(it comes rolled up and springs up after you take it out of packaging.. well that night at midnight I woke up with one h-ll of a headache and my chest hurt felt like I was having a heart attack! Almost went to ER, took 2 Aleve and stayed up for 30 minutes, kind'a went away...So today I washed pillow covers and put my old one back on and put this in another room to vent out for a couple of days...We'll see what happens when I try to use it again...will report back....and I'm not kidding, it felt like I was going to die!!! Update: Like I said above I did wake with a slight headache when i used it the third day. Nothing like the first day. After 4th day all good. Guess all I'm trying to say watch it with kids. Let it air out for at least 3 days. Maybe it was just me? idk

For the first time in many years I slept good. This pillow is worth every penny. Buy it! You won't regret it

Si buscas firmeza o dureza, y duermes de lado esta es la mejor. No me gustan las almohadas suaves o que se hundan y esta si cumple, se acopla bien a tu cara quedando muy cómoda y suave al tacto, pero firme, sin hundirse.

I found this pillow to be acceptably firm and comfortable. It's not so firm that it doesnt give way to your weight but firm enough so that you arent destroying to structural integrity of the pillow. It hugs your head and neck while on it but bounces back to it's original shape after you get up. Good so far. Will see how it holds up after a year or 2

Really pleased with the quality of this pillow. I’ve had “firm” pillows in the past which have been a disappointment after a week but this pillow retains its shape and firmness. Would highly recommend it
