I have some cervical spine disorder, and at first 2, and then over time, 3 cervical spinal bones have fused together, causing me a chronic neck ache. I bought this here "wig grip" to hold my wig in place, and i was stunned to discover, that coincidentally, my neck ache is gone! Yes, that's right, somehow, this band somehow supports the top of my neck or something? i do not know exactly how, but, my neck ache is gone! That might not happen for anyone else with neck aches but, it happened to me. I did not expect that, as i had read nothing about this band could help a neck ache. I am now back to order more, and also to send one to my friend who had neck surgery years ago and she also suffers chronic neck aches. I am just absolutely delighted. BOnus---It also gives my older face juuuust a wee bit of lift, like a mini-face lift, not much, but just a tiny tad smoother. Also, so far as wigs go, this DOES hold my wig in place, AND it comforts my scalp, protecting it from the rather scratchy innards of my wig. It did NOT noticeably lift my wig up, it is not visible through my wig. It also holds back all my crazy wild hair from sneaking out of the edges of my wig. By the way, I have a size 26.5 inch head. I know, like Guinness world record head, LOL, yet, this thing DID fit my head. It is snug, reeally snug, and i thought, oh no, this will give me a headache, but i was wrong, no headache. IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE with a chronic neck ache, send them one of these. "MIght" help, sure won't hurt. I wear this band to bed now. JUst so thrilled, why didn't my doctor tell me a snug band around my scalp might help my neck ache? who knew?

I have a really small head. I have very thin hair. Needless to say, most bands just slide right off of me no. Matter what. I wear wigs very often and it's just a nightmare. Always sliding, always pulling always having to run to a bathroom to fix it. I have tried many different brands. I got this a week ago. I have used it 1uitw a few times.. So far I am impressed. It stays on. I have not had to adjust my wig or when I wear hats. The only problem. I have is that it is very long.. When I put it on I have to pull the piece almost to my opposite ear in order to velcro it. Now, other companies don't make tye velcro so long, so I have not been able to do that. This one is long which is great. But when I pull it. Over its very difficult to close without having a large piece of. The band hanging out. I'm really sad. This is. A great band.. I 2ish they made them in smaller sizes.. But if you have a medium to large head I would Def say this is worth every penny.

So comfortable, and no more itchy wig feeling. Going to order more for traveling so am never without it!

I’ve purchased this particular brand many times, I actually found as much as one’s claim it’s better than others because it’s GEN X, think again. I have not noticed the big hype as long as I’ve been wearing them, I’ve learned overtime there are actually many others I feel works much better or the same. To be honest, there not small head friendly and the wider portion doesn’t do much to secure either. They tend to stretch out of shape rather quickly, last time I worn one my wig surely slid back, can’t make it tighter unless you’re looking for a headache. Each is for themselves though. I not certain if I’d be purchasing this particular brand again, just too many others I feel is better for me. I don’t do bald caps and don’t have much hair on the scalp which should make them more secure. Not knocking the brand by far, just my personal experience and opinion

Wow wow wow. Amazon is my second home! But I don’t write reviews. I had to for this product it’s that good. I’m having fun with wigs at age 67 but always tugging and adjusting. Annoying and embarrassing. I found a few products and watched some YouTube videos but sewing and clipping and tape and glue way too much for me to wear a wig for a day. Then I saw this. Lots of good reviews but just reading any not so good makes me nervous. I definitely needed something though, so I ordered it. Love it. It actually works! Simple. It does seem odd to have the tag in the position instructions say but I figured they know how their product works so I did as it stated. I wore it the first time yesterday and my wig never budged. I was happily shocked as a part of me thought it still might not work for me no matter that it did for others. It is easy to put on ... seconds. Wig on. Enjoyed a hassle free wig day. Buy this! I guess I could have searched for more products to maybe find some other perfect solution, but most reviews were positive so I took a chance. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere when this one will work!!!

great for keeping the wig on you need to get a new one every few months though becuase after the wash the velcro isnt as strong
