Spider V 60 MKII Digital Modeling Guitar Amplifier, Black

This is my third Line 6 Spider V amplifier! I own 2 Line 6 Spider V 20 models, and love them. Now I have this third amp that I love so much! I can't wait to test out this amp with my new Jackson Dinky JS 12! The features of this amp are amazing! If you're looking for an amp to use while practicing at home, or at a friend's house, this is it. A friend of mine had a Line 6 Spider Jam amp that I played with years ago while an Ibanez guitar was plugged into it. The Spider V60 MKII is a huge upgrade from the Spider IV series! Best features of this amp are the looper where I can write riffs that come to mind, I can practice to drum loops, explore all the pre-sets, and amp cab models, and just to clarify, if yall want to practice along to backing tracks when using the aux port on the back of this amp, the audio from a phone or tablet, sounds amazing while either device is plugged into the back of the amp. So you won't have to worry about listening to the muffled sound of audio that goes into your amp while practicing. You will hear the backing tracks loud and chrystal clear. This amp is nice and loud. I haven't tested out the classic speaker mode feature, but will eventually. At first, the knob to change pre-sets is a bit tricky when accessing the drum loops, and metronomes, but this amp is worth a buy! Don't hesitate! Buy this amp! 5 out of 5 stars and so glad I bought this amp. Glad I did not pass this up! Exceptional tones, heavy and crunchy high gain distortion tones, and nice beautiful clean tones! Get it!

Contras: Es principalmente para practicar, no tiene mucha potencia. Pros: Exelente calidad de materiales, práctico y ligero. Tiene buenos efectos y conectando a la PC, su software permite personalizar muchos más, además de que puedes bajar de su página tonos de guitarristas famosos hechos por alguien más. No he vuelto a tener que conectar el pedal de efectos.

I was talked into this model vs an Orange amp of comparable price and features. I think i made the right choice. Especially for a practice amp. I'll use this by itself and with a 4 x12 cabinet. Good Bass and level mix of tones in addition to the ridiculous amount of mods!! Good midrange amp! Both functions and price.

I would have never believed an amplifier could have so many features and tones! It’s absolutely outstanding in how this thing (Spider V120 MkII) sounds and operates. If you’re on the fence with buying a modeling amp, well you don’t know what you’re missing! I am seriously amazed and audibly laughed with joy when I heard what the amp could produce. Also, the knob functions light up white in “amp” mode and various colors in “fx” mode, making the user interface excellent. Other features include “looping”, “drum” and so much more. I wish I had known about this thing earlier so I wouldn’t have wasted $$$$ on FX pedals and now useless amps! It’s a quality product!
