Very deceptive marketing! **Q: Does it work as good as the old zantec that had Ranitidine?** A: I’ve been on the original Zantac since the early 90s when I suffered from an ulcer when I was 10. So since they brought this new formula I’ve been noticing that some times I gave to take this twice a day to help relive acid indigestion when I took 1 pill a day of the old formula. I’d say it depends of your body and what you ate. **Q: Ummm....famotidine is pepcid/pepcid ac. what is going on here with this product? mislabeled?** A: What I’d learned was that the old Zantac was Ranitidine, was found to contain NDMA, a probable human carcinogen, that levels were found to increase over time when stored at room temperature. Levels far above what the FDA considered acceptable. So they found out famotidine is better and safer for the human body. **Q: Why is this not fsa/hsa approved when at the pharmacy it is?** A: Not the old Zantac. People loved the old Zantac cuz it worked.
