Very good quality tool.
I made homemade pasta dough and used this tool to scrape my baking mat when folding the flour and eggs together. It made a nice sharp cut when I was dividing the dough into quarters. This product is very well made and easy to clean.

I use for many things
Many uses other than dough. I use daily for chopped veggies.

Great product…but the sticker won’t come off
Love this product, got it a few days ago and have used it a few time but WHY on earth is the product sticker so hard to get off of the blade. We’ve washed and scraped it so many times and it won’t budge. Kind of annoying but the item still works great.

scrapper
Just as described. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I am glad I finally have one. I used to be a baker at a donut shop and these were great for chopping dough in 1/2 and scrapping dough off the table.

Not high quality for the price.
The gap between the wooden handle and the stainless steel part is smaller than 1/32", but dough will get stuck inside. The wooden handle will absorb more water while you are trying to clean the dough out of the gap. The wooden handle will start to degrade. It says it is made in Japan. The metal brads holding the metal part to the wood are not flush with the wood. Two of them have rough edges because they are in crooked. When they put one brand on, they made the hole too big so dough could get stuck in there. In the pictures you can see a splinter sticking up and the uneven gap during to poor workmanship. They did not sand the wood before inserting the metal part. I just received mine, and it has splinters that will probably come off into the dough. Mine will be going back. The size is incorrect too. Including the handle, it is 4 1/2" x 5 7/8". The stainless steel part only is 3" x 5 3/4".

Product not same as pictured
The item is otherwise completely fine, albeit being double the price of other similar items you can find on amazon. I initially chose this one because the photos clearly show the scraper stamped "stainless steel Made in Japan". I didn't get one that said this, however I did get one with a nice heat stamp on the handle. The tag it came with says Made in China. I dont really care all that much where its made at the end of the day, but if i'd known it was going to be like most other scrapers out there I would have opted to buy a cheaper one (as I care even less about the heat stamp on the handle. Ill be using this because I need one, but when my wife asked me to pick up a couple more I went ahead and bought two winco branded ones for the same price as this one. Quality and build are pretty similar, though the edge of this has a slight bevel rendering it somewhat sharp which I dont necessarily like or dislike. TLDR I payed extra because the photo depicts that this is made in japan, it wasn't. Not a deal breaker, but there are cheaper scrapers that are basically exactly the same and you can get two of those for the price of this one.

Helpful kitchen gadgets!
This little scraper is one of the best kitchen helpers around. From gathering foods off the cutting board to cutting slices of rolled cinnamon dough to put in your pan, you won't find an easier utensil to help you in the kitchen.

Bad idea
The tool is really great quality. It's a really bad idea to put the sticker on the metal. It was very frustrating to get that glue off. I has to use nasty chemicals to get it off.

Nice weight, solid wooden handle and does what it's supposed to do. I love the wooden handle and have treated it with oil to keep it in good shape. The weight of the metal is such that it is not going to warp or change shape. It's one of those nice kitchen tools that will last a lifetime. Very nice!

I bought this dough scraper for my sister in law's birthday. I have a similar scraper, but when I received this one in the mail, I was instantly sorry that I didn't order two, one for my sister in law and one for myself. This is a great quality, well made scraper. I loved how heavy it felt in my hand, and how sturdy it felt. It should last a very long time. I would definitely order it again in the future for myself, or other gifts.
