been researching the various plane training aids on the market. This one seems to be the best at this price point. There's a crazy expensive $300 dollar one and then another for around $175 this one works great, is infinitely adjustable and is just heavy enough to be stable without being excessively heavy. its easy to use and sets up quickly.

I’ve purchased a few swing training aids in the $100 price range and this one is my favorite and most used. There are many different ways to use it. Excellent swing path trainer to create good muscle memory. Helps prevent coming over the top, or even prevents being too inside out. Just change the position of the ball and alignment sticks based on whatever you’re working on. I would suggest getting a kids pool noodle to go over the alignment stick to prevent damage to your hands or irons on a bad swing. Great purchase and I highly recommend.

Product came in a tube with 3 yellow sticks only, and nothing else. No apparatus or device to hold sticks. No instructions.
