Returned it for a refund. It didn't help my lower back or pelvic tilt at all but did give me giant hickey bruises so the suction is real-- it just didn't help.

Didn't work for me
I'm always looking for pain relief from a herniated disc. Unfortunately, I never could get the proper suction that is necessary for this to work. I was disappointed, as it seems to work well for others. It was worth a try...

I wasn't sure I was getting into it just right or getting good suction or vacuum
I have had back problems on and off for years including a few back surgeries. When I saw this product, I really hoped that it would help with my low back pain. I have used it several times over the last few weeks after receiving it. At first, I wasn't sure I was getting into it just right or getting good suction or vacuum, but after a few attempts I believed that I did. My feelings for myself is that it does not make my back problems worse, however, any positive changes or improvement seems to be very little for myself. I'm thinking about returning it for a refund. Maybe it works better for some people with different symptoms or conditions, but I have not seemed to notice any dramatic improvement or enough for me to give it more than 2 stars.

It does what it promises.....
I know some reviews discuss lack of ability to get suction, but I just tried it for the first time, and I got a good grip from mine. I downloaded the PDF directions online and followed them. Don't try this with your clothes on. You should put your skin up against it and make sure it's dampened first. I couldn't feel an inordinate amount of anything really going on......until I got up......and felt a LOT less pain than when I started. I'm going to start using this regularly to see if I can alleviate some of the pressure at L4/L5 that I have.

It's Good But. . . .
It's good but be careful using it because it is powerful and can hurt the skin if you do it too agressively. (User error lol) It adjusted my back. I still prefer my inversion table, but it is a great tool to have anyway.
