It's shiny , works every time, and refills from the top. Now, who got the real bargain?June 20, 2020 Update:It's been three years, and this soap dispenser acts like the Energizer Bunny: it keeps working beautifully! Last November I ordered extra liquid soap because it was a great deal. Who new the pandemic was on it's way here? We washed our hands regularly before, but now we are all "super" washers. I love this dispenser. Not a scratch on it, puts up with two grown men pounding on it, and grandkids playing with it.
