They work a lot better than those plastic ones. Also, these are ceramic and I like how the tips are where you can see where the wire is. They are for flux core welding and they work perfectly on the correct gun they are made to fit. They are very durable and wont fall apart like the cheap black ones. They are also ceramic so they wont burn up. The splatter that builds up on tip you can take and spin it right off with your glove and it just falls right off like a donut.
