Muy buen tamaño. No pesa tanto por eso me agradó. Solo le pongo un trapo húmedo abajo para que no se resbale tal como le hacen en los restaurantes.

Bought the 14 x 11 abut a year and a half ago. I use it constantly, 3-4 x/week for chopping, slicing and dicing of onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, cheese...the kind of food any cook uses for everyday meals, also for fruits like strawberries and oranges, also for meats and fish and also for nuts. In other words, everything. It's awesome. I like that I feel confident when washing it, even with just a soapy washcloth and hot water, that the meat juices are fully gone, something I've always been slightly anxious about with wood boards. And there's no maintenance like with wood. The only thing I I would do differently is go up to the next size which is 4 inches longer and one inch wider, the 18 x 12 inch size.
