It’s a pair of plastic tubes with rubber caps on each end. The price was okay for what you get. It appears that it will last a long time, being very durable as well light in weight. It hasn’t been easy for me to use. The instructions just don’t work for me.

To be perfectly honest, I should have returned this as soon as I opened the product. I thought I was overreacting as it seemed like the rubber tips were not very secure. However I just threw it to the side as it was just a surprise item for my child. Sadly, when we both started using them a week or so later, one of the rubber ends snapped off exactly where I was looking at earlier. The spinning bar is a lightweight plastic with the middle metal part spinning around loose around the plastic bar. If you have any way of adding or replacing the rubber end caps with something that could screw onto the threads it would be cool. But you have to have something already on hand at that size and thread to do so. the first couple of times spinning it was fun, but within a week one of the ends snapped off and was unuseable. So of course I gave mine to my child and so ended the shared experience. If they hadn't broken within a week of actual use, this would have been a different review, but now I'm out of the money and loooking for a replacement. And the money wasn't really the issue. It's the fact that this was supposed to be a small bonding item for us to both use and practice as we have friendly competitions. That was all down the drain and my child asking can you fix it? Now here I am with 2 broken items that can't be used.. Yes the same thing ended up happening to the second one. There was no choice but to give it one star. It arrived on time, but the damage was basically there out of the box. So I'd beware of the item. That, or hope that your experience is not the same as mine was. Check it out the box and return in time if needed. For me, it wasn't worth the time and effort to get things right.

My teen has ADHD and every single fidget known to man. Another neurodivergent child at his school had this pen and my son feel in love with it and ordered it for himself and it is his go to fidget. Most of the others have fell by the wayside pretty quickly but this one has been going for over a month now, and anyone with an ADHD kid knows that is a lifetime in their world. The two piece set is great also because he keeps one in his backpack for school use and one at home so he never forgets it. HIGHLY recommend. Note: it takes a lot of practice to master, that's what helps hold the attention. The basic move is pretty easy to pick up but some pretty neat tricks can be done, it's basically a baton for the fingers. My kid flips balisongs for fun so he picked this up right away.

Ich war schon immer fasziniert von Penspinning und wollte es gerne lernen, aber mit Stiften ist mir das nie wirklich gelungen: Oft war es schwierig, sie zu balancieren und ich wollte sie auch nicht kaputt machen. Mit dem Penspinning Stick gehörten diese Dinge der Vergangenheit an. Ich konnte üben (und den Stick oft fallen lassen), ohne mich sorgen zu müssen, dass ich den Stick beschädigen könnte, denn er ist sehr robust. Die Gewichte an den beiden Enden sorgen für Gleichgewicht und erleichtern das Penspinning ungemein. Seit ich den Penspinning Stick habe, bin ich viel besser geworden und ich kann das Produkt jedem weiterempfehlen, der auch von Penspinning begeistert ist!

I have no other similar items to compare these to, but they do exactly what I want them to and nothing else. The main shaft could do with being a tiny bit thinner, but its still more than usable. Another review mentioned that you'd be better off just getting a regular pen, but I strongly disagree, these things have way more weight to them making them far easier to do tricks with, whereas regular pens would just fly out of your hands. If you just want a spinning pen for cheap, I recommend these
