Too Sweet!!!
SOOOO noxiously sweet but also really convenient that I can get my protein in a few swigs... I tried watering it down but it still seems just as sweet so I've been taking is straight while holding my nose then chasing it with a glass of water... it does have an aftertaste that lingers but its not too bad. I will try the neutral flavored one next to see if that helps. I'm recently post gastric bypass and I'm getting really tiered of the milkshake type protein shakes that are usually 11-12 ounces or more that I can't drink all at once. The high protein concentration in only a ounce is really ttis products saving grace.

I like the taste of this one, more honey with a light vanilla. I've used it in tea, cookies and yogurt. It mixes very well.

Too Sweet But Good Supplemental Protein
I'm a post-op bariatric patient, so I need to meet a daily protein of 65gm is essential. I ordered the honey vanilla flavor. I find the flavor to be too sweet, in my opinion. The flavor leans more towards honey than vanilla. (I thought it was going to be more vanilla than honey.) I use this on days when I know that I hadn't eaten or drank enough protein to round out my daily nutritional needs.
