Definitely SUPPLEMENTAL
I homeschool my kids and got this book as an introduction for my 8th grader and its a bit all over the place. It's one or two pages on randomized subjects with no actual instructions on how to do the work. Therefore, I think its more of a review workbook.

I got this workbook for my homeschooled child to bridge the time between finishing her curriculum and summer break. Unfortunately I didn't take a look inside this workbook until it was too late to return. The subjects are all over the place, there is no rhyme or reason to how this is organized. There's no in-depth approach to any of the subjects. Then there's multiple choice tests but the content that's being tested has not been discussed in the workbook at all. A lot of the content seems below grade level. Absolute waste of money.
