Really starting to see a differences. Obviously if you dont put in the work you wont see much results, but from a person who hit the gym multiple times in the pass and haven't seen result. But decided to give this a try. It works ! I gonna buy again soon!

Second time purchasing and will purchase again. I was scared with this flavour (first time I got fruit punch but they were sold out of that one) but I was pleasantly shocked and honestly think I like this flavour over the fruit punch! I think it works for what it says it’s suppose to do

Love this. I used to just take a pill form of this but I love being able to change my dose day to day.

I've tried many supplements, but the most difficult for me are finding the ones easy on my stomach early in the morning before a workout. This dosage works perfectly for my early morning workouts. This is not a quick fix supplement to burning fat, but an effective with consistent use and activity over a long period of time. Exactly how I want my supplements and vitamins to work.

I do find this has helped with my energy for my workouts a bit. I am constantly fatigued due to autoimmune disease and I’m trying my best to workout and stay healthy, it’s hard to do with extreme exhaustion. This is helping me get through my workout and recover a bit better. It tastes like blue slushy and I love it, I take it in a measuring spoon because when added to water there isn’t much flavour anymore. Really depends on preference but I like it on its own.

The taste is like an old school blue raspberry jammer. The taste alone (if you're passed your 20s) will wake you up enough to kick start your workout. I definitely have more energy in the mornings that I do remember to take it and helps with my focus. Tip - take the 15ml in a shot cup to engage beast mode. Or to remember a time when we didn't need to research what vitamins help with what because the garden hose was sufficient.
