If you hate the taste of electrolytes you mix into water, you'll love these chews. The mind berry tablets are pleasant and easy to chew. Your tummy will digest them much easier than the powdered versions.

These are really helpful when my blood pressure goes low. They are easy to carry and I’ve taken them everywhere including concerts where food/drink isn’t allowed. They travel well and don’t break apart. Each pill is a little smaller than a dime. Great for when you’re in a pinch. One downside is they can really dry your mouth out and can be chalky/crumbly in your mouth. If you don’t have access to water and your mouth is dry they can be difficult to chew up and swallow. Still it’s better than nothing if you need electrolytes immediately.

Humid climate makes me sweat incredibly fast. I use these in conjunction with plenty of water and electrolytes. The perfect combination to save you outdoor doing exercise. The taste is mild and I appreciate it. Very potent salt bomb, the texture dissolves easily. It works exactly for the purpose I bought them for.

I ride my bicycle 7 miles a day to and from work, sometimes more if I have errands to run. I've always sweat a lot, even more when I ride. I dehydrated and cramped easily because of the sweating. These fastchews are a big help. I feel them working almost instantly, no more cramps or fatigue I can finish my ride and be comfortable enough to work, I still have energy enough to work even at home after my ride. I have no side effects nor do they cost a lot. I highly recommend this product.

I used to get crippling cramps in my legs all the time in he middle of the night, i tried everything, pickle juice, sugar free gatorade, you name it. One chew daily ELIMINATED. Haven't had one since. I have dysautonomia, similar to but not the same as POTS. Many POTS patients use salt to raise their blood pressure. My dysautonomia instead causes salt wasting and these are absolutely critical to keep me from fainting. When my prodromal (pre-fainting/syncope) symptoms start I don’t have time to mix an electrolyte drink - these are so quick and easy. Before I found electrolyte tablets, my emergency go-to was salt packets, like from restaurants. But they’re messy and taste like a pool 😝 (note: if you ever do need actual salt, kosher salt tastes waaayyyy better than table salt). There is some brand of electrolyte tablets that is specifically marketed towards dysautonomia/POTS patients but they didn’t taste good and left an unpleasant aftertaste. I cannot imagine my life without these.

I have POTS and I LOVE these! Super good for a quick fix of electrolytes, I take 1 every day and I pop one whenever I feel symptoms coming on, it helps give me a quick boost. I’ve tried the orange flavour of these and didn’t really like them but I still bought them because they helped me so much however, I love this berry flavour! It is much more tolerable than the citrus flavours.

Good for taking it for hikes. Tastes good. Easy to carry.

My daughter is using these as she has POTs and needs to increase her electrolyte intake. We were looking for something that didn’t require dissolving in water as she was finding that impossible, these seem to be more palatable and have made a huge difference to her feelings of nausea.
