Large windmill fan
Looks good when up. Took about 1 hour to assemble. Took two people to hang. Had to reinforce fan box to support thr weight. Light kit is extra. 6 speeds moves good amount of air on 12 foot ceiling

Beatuful fan
Great fan; it is definitely a statement piece. I agree with others that it could spin faster to produce more air. However, due to the size of the 72" fan, it really did not need to. It puts out enough, but it's just not what you think. You would think a fan this size would create a hurricane in your living room. I was expecting the pictures to blow off the wall. Luckily for me, that was not the case. Ensure to ask the seller about the correct down rod. It makes a big difference in airflow. The fan only comes with a 6" down rod; most ceilings will need a longer one. I have a 12' ceiling, so the 36" down rod (Quorum 6-3686) worked great. I don't recommend universal down rods with this fan. I tried that, and the fan made a clicking sound. I reached out to the seller, and they sent me what I needed for a price, of course.

Multiple speed options
This fan is great! It tells you this in the instructions, but make sure you have 3 people hanging the fan. If only two people try to hang it the weight will be distributed unevenly and could damage the fan. It comes with a remote that has 6 different speed settings and a button to change fan direction to have air flow go up or down. Looks beautiful against our stained ceiling.

Beautiful Fan Wish it Worked or Someone Would Respond to Me About How to Get It Fix
I rarely review anything, but this time I am compelled to write a review/complaint because I have $1200.00 worth of fan and fan parts that are worthless and don’t work. I have many complaints so bare w/me. We purchased the Windmill 97215-86 72” Ceiling fan end of April 2019. When we made the order, we were living in a travel trailer on our property as our house was demolished; added onto and rebuilt. First : I was very happy the fan came boxed very snugly, and securely and the package was delivered undamaged and in a timely manner. With the purchase of the fan I also purchased the light kit. Prior to placing the order I asked if the fan was light kit ready and was told “Yes, yes it is”. They were even kind enough to tell me which kit to order. When the electrician went to attach the light, he realized there wasn’t any parts or pieces that would marry the fan with the light. (Basically., no Thingy MaJig to hold the light kit to the base of the fan) Second: Again, the fan was installed July 2019 and it stopped working less than 2 months later. I don’t know the exact date of death on the fan, but I do know it died around the first week of September 2019. I sent emails to Amazon and to this company and haven’t heard back from anyone telling me what to do. Even with all of these issues I highly recommend the Windmill fan if you’re looking for the perfect finishing touch for your living area or covered patio. I believe this is just a one time unlucky issue. We ordered $5,000.00 worth of lighting/fixtures on Amazon and the Windmill was the only light/fixture we had any problem with. Of course it had to be the most expensive fixture we purchased. Because we are the proud owners of an Extremely Beautiful and Extremely Expensive Assed, Dust Catching, NON-WORKING ceiling fan and no resolution in sight I can only give it 1 Star. If there were negative stars I would click that. I will gladly change my rating if someone will call, text or email me on what I need to do about getting this thing fixed. I bought the extended warranty, but was told by someone at the sellers business or Amazon that you are supposed to use the manufacturer 1yr Warranty

Statement piece but look elsewhere if you want an actual breeze
We bought this as a "statement piece" for the living room. It's an open area with 10' ceilings so we needed something proportionate. This is IT! I mean, it's expensive but we get comments about the fan all the time. It's a good conversation starter. A couple things to note: - You might be thinking what I did, there are lots of blades and will feel great with the breeze in the summer. WRONG. It doesn't put out a windstorm like I thought it would...not even remotely close. Maybe because there are so many blades there is less time for air displacement. I don't know. This is the main reason for the 3-stars. If you want a fan that gives a good breeze look elsewhere. - There is no light on the fan. It is only a fan - When you turn it on there is a slight pause before it turns on. This might be a feature to protect the motor from failure due to stress from the amount of weight/material it has to start moving. Funny thing, the electrician up-charged us because of the number of parts and time it took to assemble/hang.

Windmill Fan
Love it- The fan works as it should- it is quite and easy to use. The size is perfect and when it states you need 3 people to help install it. Then take the advice. There is zero noise from this unit... I love it. The remote is easy to program

Beautiful Fan, Doesn't Move Much Air; Assembly Instructions Need Work
I purchased and installed the 72" model with oiled bronze metal finish. Took a couple of hours to assemble, and a few minutes to install (with assistance!). Unfortunately - don't expect this fan to move a whole-lot of air... it just doesn't. While it does run nearly silently, the air movement is BARELY noticeable, even on "high" and directly beneath it (with fan blowing down). For over $1000.00, and with 15 blades, it should really be making some wind! Unfortunately, no... Very disappointing! But it sure looks nice! Assembly was fairly easy (there are a lot of screws!). However: I recommend NOT assembling all the blades together as a unit, and then trying to place them on to the motor as an assembly, as the instructions indicate. Much easier to assemble the brackets & arms onto (and through) all of the blades first, leaving the screws loose. Then assemble each blade onto the motor individually (again, only slightly snugging the screws). The last blade is a bit difficult to get in, but it will go. Once all the blades are attached to the motor hub and each other, the upper support-arms are then attached. Then go back though and tighten all the screws. It did require two of us to hang the fan - one one each side - on two 6' step-ladders (we have 10' ceilings). This fan, when fully assembled, is fairly heavy (for a ceiling fan), so be VERY CERTAIN that your outlet box in the ceiling is "FAN RATED", and not just a "regular" lighting box. The supplied mounting plate worked great. Just had to drill a couple of holes inside the box, right on the ceiling rafter, then drilled pilot-holes into the rafter itself, then installed the two lag screws. Worked-out well. My recommendation: If you need/want substantial air movement, this is NOT the fan you want! However, if you're wnting a good-looking "rustic" addition to your country home, this one's great... just not practical as an actual air-mover.

Help desk what a misnomer! This business will not provide ANY customer service for lost orders
Buyer beware! I placed an order with the Oxygen company not Quorum International as now as listed as the seller. Oxygen Lighting is a middleman not the manufacturer Quorum is. Oxygen lost my order and then would not honor the sale saying that the order was on the old system. It was archived. They can not access. (Really? -No one it the whole company or software support or even or even 3-party vendors can find this?) So, I am out all the money. My credit card cannot intervene. It has been too long. They will not honor the sale, no product, no reimbursement. The Quorum fan appears to be a well-made and product. I was able to see one in brick-and-mortar store. I really loved the look and the quality. Buying directly from Quorum might be a better experience. Either way this is a lose-lose situation with a dead end for resolution.
