I used one of these in aluminum and it cut nice sharp threads. Sized well.

Dull and incompletely manufactured
Don’t waste your money. Two of the 5 taps didn’t have complete threads machined in them. The threads were not fully formed and rounded. Not sharp at all and thus did not cut threads. The box they came in was cracked as well.
