I've had naturopathic doctor's recommend me this product for MCAS/Histamine Intolerance. Why why why does this have citrus oils in it?! Citrus is known to be high histamine. If it's used to shelf stabilize, ok sure. Maybe those without histamine sensitivities can use it. But if it's used for flavor, that is just mind-boggling to me. Make a flavorless one! Or a berry flavored one! I can tolerate how bitter it tastes, but I physically can't tolerate the citrus. And it's called hista-aid. Huh??? Makes no sense... and of course I tried it and reacted to it.
