The small one looks like it's the perfect size for mead.The holder is pretty cheap looking fake leather but it'll be functional. It's got a whole bunch of holes so you can adjust it for different size horns. I'll see if I can make a better one with some scrap leather. Or if that fails maybe I can buy a better one at the faire.But the horn is the real deal. It's very pretty and shiny and came wrapped in a large amount of bubble wrap to keep it safe during shipping. It does have a mild musky smell but that's to be expected from a real horn. My dog was super excited when I unwrapped it because it smelled like it was a chew toy for him.There are included instructions for soaking it with a 50/50 rubbing alcohol/water solution to help dissipate the natural smell of the horn. However, they are unclear about how long you're supposed to soak it. They appear to have been written in another language, then Google translated.
