I purchased my first Vital Sleep device 4 years ago. The directions were easy to follow and read. No foreign translation to confuse the preparation of the mouthpiece.Initially, my lower jaw ached after the first few nights of use. My wife was grateful for my perseverance as I ceased my nightly racket.As a bonus , my diagnosed sleep apnea improved significantly according to my suffering bedmate.I ordered my third device last week. The five piece kit,(cleaning solution,with brush, eyemask) was ordered but only the mouth piece arrived. I contacted the Vital Sleep people and they responded very quickly. They sent the missing items within 3 days. I am impressed!!I am 69 years old and my energy level is still very high. My improved sleep has a positive effect on my daily activity.This device is a vast improvement over a C- PAP apparatus. I have recommended using the device to help other members of my family.

Too big and uncomfortable. Hurt my teeth and jaw. Couldn't sleep with it in my mouth. Not for me.If you do buy, don't get the "5 Piece Package" just get the mouth guard. It's not worth the extra $20 for the cleaner, brush, and two sleep masks. Just use your tooth brush and toothpaste.

The device works ok, and my wife says it helps my snoring. But I can't get the lower piece to adjust, and I often awaken with it no longer in my mouth.

I first bought vital sleep a few years ago. First- yes they end snoring, and make sleeping so much easier. The first one was pricey and we were living in Alaska so it took a while to ship. My dog got ahold of it at some point and I had to run to Walgreens for the next best replacement. It was a horrible replacement (clear hard plastic and has rx in the name). I’ve put up with the replacement and event replaced the replacement because of the price but after the second one of those broke I decided I needed vital sleep again. I ordered and it was here the same day. Unfortunately Amazon same day sent the wrong size! I contacted the company and they sent the right size right away. The price is worth the amazing customer service and the fact that these are so unbelievably comfortable compared to any other mouth pieces. I can sleep without my mouth being forced wide open. My mouth doesn’t hurt and my jaw doesn’t click after wearing it. I’m done buying the cheap replacements. From here on out I will order these annually and I suggest if you’re in the market you give them at try.

Very uncomfortable fit that is not as customizable as advertised. I can’t imagine anyone being able to keep this on their mouth while sleeping at night.

The vital sleep product is an amazing and affordable device that has allowed me to sleep better and feel more rested the following day. It was easy to adjust during setup also. I was going to have a dentist fit me a prescription version but it's quite costly to do so and this fits the bill for my need. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Wake up with a painful jaw. The screws that adjust are plastic and on night three the threads of the screws stripped out so now it is in the most rear position not helping at all. However, the customer service is very good.
