I purchased the NICETOWN blackout curtains (2 panels, 63-inch length) from Amazon and I am extremely happy with them. They are absolutely perfect at blocking out the sun and keeping the room nice and dark. The material feels thick and high quality, and they do exactly what they promise — almost no light comes through at all. I originally bought 2 packs, but I realized I needed one more set to fully cover the window. I’m actually glad I did, because the extra panels work even better and now there is zero sunlight coming through. Even tiny rays of light are completely blocked out, which makes the room perfect. These curtains are great for anyone who wants full darkness, better sleep, and a clean, modern look in their room. Easy to install, great quality, and excellent value for the price. These NICETOWN blackout curtains are a great value for the price. The fabric feels thicker than expected and does a really good job blocking light—my room stays much darker in the morning. They also seem to help with temperature control, which is a nice bonus. Installation was easy with the grommets, and they hang nicely right out of the package. There were a few wrinkles at first, but they smoothed out after a day or two. Not 100% pitch black (a little light can come through the edges), but overall they perform really well. Definitely a solid choice for a bedroom.

We've had these at a couple apartments now. The first we used these for both light blocking and keeping some heat out. They were very good at the blackout, and not as good at blocking heat, although that room was kind of a sauna. In their current spot, they do an excellent job blocking morning sunlight. They were super easy to hang on the curtain rod and cover a normal sized window pretty well. Good for the price.

I’ve never had blackout curtain that actually work. Most of the ones I’ve tried always let in slivers of light, and were very lightweight feeling. When I received them, they were heavy, like quality high end curtains should be. I’ve tested them for sound insulating, and for heat containing/ light containment. All of them have worked to perfection! No light in room, beautiful shiny finish, soft to the touch. I will continue ordering these every time I need new ones. I have 4 sets!
