**Q: How can you take a picture if you are not close enough to push the camera button?**
A: If you have an Apple Watch it has a camera remote. I use this to take pictures from far away.

**Q: Does it have a long lag time?**
A: No?

**Q: It looks like it turns left or right for sideways movement, which is great. But will it adjust for upward/downwards movements?**
A: No it does not. It rotates around left to right and all the way around but it can only be adjusted up and down manually.

**Q: How deep are the grips that hold the phone?  i have an iphone pro max with the popsocket, so it needs to be at least 3/4" to keep phone in the case.**
A: I always have to take mine phone out of its case to put it into the grips. The grips are shallow.

I can’t remember if it came with a remote control or not. If it did it was too small and I probably lost it. It holds my phone very strongly so no complaints in that department. I have to use two hands to take it off. It doesn’t have Bluetooth connection but it comes with a charger because as you move, it’s supposed to follow you. That in itself is kind of iffy, but again I have no complaints. You can pick it up and move it anywhere so if you want it to follow you, make sure it stays charged. I gave it only 4 stars because of the iffy following when I’m on video chat with someone. It could just be operator error though. It’s still a good quality product and it’s portable enough to move wherever you need to.
