I'm a discerning espresso drinker, and also a long time protein drink consumer. Not only does this taste fantastic (cold) - and I mix it with almond milk, but it cuts down on the added calories of having a protien drink and coffee separately. I use a touch of non-dairy cream and caramel syrup in my espresso drink, and it comes out about 100 calories per cup, plus another 150 for my protein drink, but now I can have both for 145, and save the extra 100 calories for an actual meal or additional snack! WIN-WIN! One more WIN is that it's more coffee flavored drink than I could have with my usual 4oz espresso drink - so I can enjoy more of that taste I love.
