Great value, good product

Edit: mother has now lost 24kg and still taking Apple cider vinegar tablets religiously! I have lost about a kg since last review, but was on no diet and eat (low cal) Ice cream almost every day since warmer weather. It is the one thing I firmly believes helps with weight loss, or at the minimum, not gaining! During the first year of Lockdown I was nibbling a fair bit more than usual. Didn’t gain an ounce. So I put it to the test.. Took some to my mother. She gains weight quite quickly. I asked her to eat the same as usual - something I would say is the opposite of a healthy diet. After 2 months of taking it daily - especially before or after one of her high fat snack or food, I am pleased to say that she lost 2 KG. She was happy with the result as she knew she wasn’t dieting.

I purchased these to help with bloating and see if they aid with weight loss. I have been generally pleased with them, they came quickly and as described. Tablets are large but easy to swallow and don’t really smell or taste that bad if swallowed quickly. I have taken two a day, morning and evening and have found that they make me go to the toilet a lot more than usual but can only assume that this is one of the side effects. However apart from that so far so good

Thought I’ll try these tablets, so far so good only been 6 days and I’ve lost 3 pounds already ovbi with the right diet etc, I’ve also noticed I’ve not been bloated after foods, and these definitely help my digestive system, high strength tablets aswell I take 1 in morning and 1 at night, I also have less appetite for sugary foods which is extremely helpful to me, and I have a severe sweet tooth problem lol, but yeah would 100% recommend to anyone

Easier than drinking it for sure but didn't notice any difference like other people said. For under £10, I decided to try it for 2 months and fully committed to it taking one in the morning and night. But nothing magical happened so maybe they don't work or maybe apple cider vinegar capsules are not enough to fix all my problems Once thing to note, they are sticky when taking them so make sure you have them with plenty of water

I do take apple cider vinegar .. I don’t mind it but this is gentler on my teeth and is a good way to avoid the taste if you prefer.
