What does unsulphered mean

unsulphered means "of the finest quality". It is made from the juice of sun-ripened cane and the juice is clarified and concentrated. Molasses from the first boiling is the finest grade because only a small amount of sugar has been removed.

Do the new bottles still have 20% iron? Many reviews are saying it's only 8% of iron? If so Amazon has to change picture to new label.

The label on my bottle is Iron 8%.

Love this product, very tasty on my oatmeal breakfast. A teaspoon is all you need. Very happy to see that this product doesn't contain so much added sugar as compared to regular molasses.I searched for a long time to buy this product at a local grocery store before finding it on Amazon. If it's not on Amazon you don't need it. Lol
