Both of us have very different requirements for a pillow. She left her pillow exactly as it arrived and has been very happy with it. It is surprisingly cool on the one side of the pillow. It's quite nice... I on the other hand had to remove a bit of the shredded memory foam to make mine comfortable for me. Being able to add of remove filling is the best part about these pillows in my opinion. I can never seem to find a regular pillow that suits me.
