Apple iPhone XS, 64GB, Space Grey (Renewed)

The product arrived very quickly in the suppliers own packaging. The packaging came as would a normal Apple case, with charger and wire (no headset). The phone was in great condition, no marks on the screen or the glass, only very minor marks around one of the sides and corner, however not noticeable from the advertised 30cm distance. The battery life was over the advertised 80%, mine was at 89%, which is really good and will last a long time. I would buy this again from this supplier. Unfortunately I had to return the package a few days after as I realized I needed more storage. I will rate this product 8/10.

My phone arrived quickly in non standard packaging, and with a generic charger and plug. I was wary having read reviews of phone from Amazon Renewed, but the phone came charged, with no screen scratches, looking almost perfect except for an almost imperceptable dent in the side casing by the vent, which is covered by my new case anyway. Really good value for money, and battery life is 98%, it’s basically a brand new phone.

The first device arrived with problems, and I returned it. Full review below. I am now writing on the second device that arrived a couple of weeks later. And what I have to say is: it is excellent. Everything works perfectly, the speakers, the cameras, the sensors, etc. Only sign of use is an extremely small dent on the bottom, close to the lighting port. It would already be virtually invisible, but as I always have a case on, it is effectively non-existent. Highly recommend if you are willing to be acceptive that the first try may not be the one. Return it and try again! =========== First order review: I was delighted to unbox this when it arrived: Visually perfect, not the smallest scratch, battery at 100% health. On a generic box, yes, but who cares! A few minutes later, I found what I thought was the only gotcha: the bottom speaker did not work, and sometimes made a hissing noise. I was concerned about that noise, as it could lead to incredibly awkward situations, but it went away and I can live with only one speaker. However, after three weeks in, another issue surfaced: The primary camera is dead. The front camera works, the telephoto camera works (though with an awful focus, probably Apple uses the primary sensor to compute the object's distance), but switching to the primary it's all black. Tried a reboot, no luck. I never let it had even the smallest shock, and it was always inside a very good protective case. That's an issue I cannot live with, I'm returning the item.

The iPhone arrived to me a day earlier than projected in non original packaging. It seems from other photographs that users have posted that the condition of the device varies from order to order so I will simply state how mine arrived. The condition of my iPhone is impeccable. As you can see from the photographs provided, there are no scratches or signs of damage. I’m not sure exactly what is refurbished on this device though I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out it was at least a new chassis and back panel. Though the screen is also perfect aside from a few micro scratches that can only be seen if the display is off and in the right lighting conditions. So small that even my camera didn’t pick it up. The battery health is sitting at 89% so still well over the quoted minimum of 80%. Though that is to say this device is not without signs of use. The cleanliness of the device is good on the surface though there was a bit of dirt build up in the mute slider and speaker grills. Again not something you’d spot unless you were looking for it. Though if you are expecting something brand new then you should instead buy something brand new. The fact of the matter is that you’re getting a premium iPhone for half the price that’s still fully updated and supported. And judging by apples track record of keeping their phones updated; will be the case for at least the next three years. There are equivalently priced android phones being sold this year that will loose support sooner. So yes I do recommend this product to those looking for an iPhone on a budget.

When i received phone i noticed it was in more or less perfect condition and once set up i checked battery health and it said 100% so i was happy with that until on the first day of use it died on 15% and it does this on every charge and one time the phones touch screen randomly stopped working so i had to wait for the battery to drain before i could use it again so it could reset. Absolutely awful purchase the battery barely works for an hour nd a half i would return it but i’ll just receive another likely in the same condition and id imagine the type of people selling this product would have terrible customer service i wish there was a way i could be recompensated but i know that returning and replacing would be a major hassle so i guess i’m stuck with a terrible phone for a while

I am really happy with my new phone wanted an upgrade but nothing too expensive and this is just perfect. The iPhone XS that I got came with 100% battery health which is really good came with a free case which I didn’t know about and also a free year warranty and three months replacement scheme where you can trade your phone for another one super happy.

Needed a phone for my daughter and wasn’t about to spend lots on a new iPhone. This reconditioned model has an excellent screen and face recognition, so doesn’t easily date. It also has full app support (as of Jan ‘23). I almost went for the XR as they are at a similar price point, but decided that a better screen and camera were worth the small extra cost, especially if it meant that more apps might support the screen resolution for longer- completely unproven as yet. Decided to go for iPhone over Android which would have been cheaper- a reflection on the reliability I’ve had with Apple over the years- and the ease by which I was able to add this phone into the family control. For instance, I can check screen time usage direct from a widget on my own phone. Top stuff so far- time will tell if the battery or app support lets us down; I figure we’ve got at least 1-2 years.

Nov/2020 - Phone came in pretty good condition (marks on the photo are from dirty). Battery health is 93% which is good and the phone is performing pretty well. Jul/2021 - even though the phone was in pretty good condition on arrival, when I started to use it, it presented an occasional fault: the screen would stop responding from time to time - specially when unlocking the phone. At first it did not bother me, it's a used phone after all. But it started getting more frequent, affecting my user experience. Also, white spots appeared on some points of the screen as well. So, I've decided to return the phone and go for a new, unused phone. I would still recommend buying a renewed phone considering all the good reviews, I was just unlucky with the phone I got. It is like the display is dying and I don't want to take my chances. Additionally, I will keep the 5 stars. So far the return process has been smooth. Let's see how it goes with retuning my money tough.

Not sure if there is differences between sellers, mine came from JJ Tech SRL. It arrived way before the expected delivery date. Super fast delivery. Phone was like new, no scratches or anything anywhere. 95% Battery health and everything works perfectly fine so far. Everything seems flawless. They were even kind enough to throw in a UK charging adapter along with the EU adapter in the box since I am from Ireland. I didn't even ask for it, so, I really appreciate the gesture. It came in a generic white box, the charging cable was original. Only the EU adapter and the extra UK one isn't. Can't complain with the value for money. Hopefully there won't be any issues in the future, but for now, it very nearly feels like a new phone without paying the new phone price.

Het iphone werkte maar twee weken en dan ging het uit en werkt niet maar er komt alleen apple logo .

Il fonctionne très bien pour un usage occasionnel. Pour un jeune ado par exemple.
