This mask base lets me bypass all the extra things I need to buy and I can use fresh ingredients from my garden and fridge.This formula is very soothing and I used some Manuka Honey along with milled oatmeal to help heal and soothe my skin. It worked really well and my skin felt wonderful. It is best applied with a silicone spatula and I just used that to mix it in a small bowl. You only need a teaspoonful to make one mask and since it comes in a tube, you can use a unique formula each time.This doesn't come with any real recipes except a small booklet with images of what you can try. I recommend using google to figure out what will work best for your face.
