The product arrived in good timing. It is of good quality and had significant impact in a short period of time. Energy levels, and holistic feeling of wellness. I got this pine pollen and It seems to help with mood, motivation, and general well-being. I feel more alert and quicker mentally. But there’s a tradeoff: I also experienced a bit of itchiness and nasal congestion on certain days — I think maybe I have mild pollen sensitivity. So I take it every other day now. Also, the price is a bit higher than some powders out there. Still, good product. My kids drink this with milk during flu season 👍
