Good support.
Amazon has not fail me yet; therefore I trust them. They saved me a great deal with the renewed cell phone and were so good to deliver in time for me to make use of it after changing and all that is needed. Thank you! I am not a very skilled user of the technology, but this phone is my life line on the road, at work and even at home. I can not express properly my gratitude. I do tell everyone this and will continue to do so.

Malfunctioned after a month.
I bought the device as a gift for my wife at the start of the holiday shopping season. She opened it at the end of December and by the end of January it was completely useless, absolutely refusing to connect to network or carry a signal. Of course, because the return warranty only covered the time it was wrapped under the tree, there's nothing anyone can do. I either have to pay Samsung for the repair or eat the cost and get something else. Massively disappointed.

Mostly good
If you are familiar with Samsung phones, this one is decent. Ease of use. Screen is a nice size. Not to small and not overly huge. Battery life is great. I use this phone most of the day and still have 50% next day. The only thing inconvenient about this phone is what I see as a design flaw. For some reason, Samsung decided to skip the earbud jack. You can only use wireless earbuds with this model which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars

Samsung Galaxy A32 5G Description untrue
Samsung Galaxy A32 Enterprise Edition Dual-SIM 64GB ROM + 4GB RAM (Only GSM | No CDMA) Factory Unlocked 5G Smartphone (Black) - International Version This description of the phone was incorrect. The phone was LOCKED to a US phone dealer, T-Mobile and would cost $144 to UNLOCK. It should not have been advertised as useable in any country except the USA.

Not unlocked
The phone is excelkent quality, but the ad stated it was for all networks. That was misleading. It suggested, not stated, it was unlocked. Instead it was locked to t mobil. I vould not unlock the phone. I had to contact t mobil to see if they would unlock ut. Im still waiting. Fortunately, the device can function over wifi, but no sim. I think the seller is deceiving customers.
