This is a really supportive, comfortable pillow for back sleepers. It doesn’t get hot like some types of memory foam. It keeps its shape and that is why you get comfortable support. No sinking or squishing down. The design is smart. I do some side sleeping and for me, I had to find my sweet spot. If I am not aligned properly with the pillow on my side, I will get an ache in my neck, when I wake up. I am petite and my neck is not that long. There are two sides of the pillow where one side is lower than the other and I choose the low side for my comfort. I do recommend trying this pillow. Everyone is built different so you will never know if you don’t try. For the manufacturer, it would be helpful to have more size options in this model, for smaller necked people. Please don’t go by averages, just make for smaller necks. This pillow works for me for the most part, but it would be even better for me for my side sleeping to have a lower height. Great pillow design!

I received this product on the first of May and this is the 11th. I read and followed the instructions of letting it "breathe" before I used it. It takes a little getting used to as I like a larger soft pillow to sleep on. I chose to take the enclosed pillow case off of it and use my normal case for sleeping. I did that because it's quite a bit stiffer than a soft pillow but with the memory foam, it seems to work better. I had heard that it helps with tinnitus which is why I purchased it in the first place. That, I believe, is a fallacy and hasn't helped in that regard, however, it has done wonders for my aching back which I've suffered for many years. I used to wake up with a stiff and sore upper back and now I don't since I've been using this pillow. I would say, so far so good with this pillow. I only gave it four stars because, one, it doesn't help with my tinnitus like some ads say and two, it's still new to me and I'm still getting used to it. I may give it five stars at a future date.

I’ve had this pillow for months now and it’s amazing!! No more neck aches pain or tingly arms during the night. I sleep soundly and comfortably now. If you’re like me, a side and back sleeper, this is THE pillow. If you need less support you can rotate it 180 degs and there’s less height and no wings, which is nice sometimes. One of my favorite things about this pillow is that it doesn’t collapse under warmth like memory foam does. Once you find your desired spot it stays in place. This pillow has been a game changer for me and I would highly recommend.

It started well helping my neck. But I started having the headache and neck pain around 5 am. I am not sure if this is good for straight neck problem. I am 5 feet tall and also have short neck. I have been suffering neck and shoulder pain and found out because of the straight be k posture, I have stenosis. Finding the right pillow has been a problem. Even the neck roll pillows are too big for my neck. This pillow is soft and comfortable. I like that it has inner cover as well. But I feel it makes my neck forward while I sleep, which is what I am trying to avoid. I am bummed because it was working great in the beginning. The search for perfect pillow will continue for me.

I have struggled with chronic neck stiffness and "slept wrong" headaches for years, often waking up with a knot between my shoulder blades. After trying countless "normal" pillows, I decided to take a chance on the Osteo Cervical Pillow with the Hollow Design, and I am so glad I did. Here is my honest review after using it: Pros: Unique Hollow Center: The hollow spot in the center cradles the back of my head perfectly, which immediately relieves pressure on the back of my neck when sleeping on my back. Perfect for Rotisserie Sleepers: I tend to switch between my back and side throughout the night. The higher side sections provide excellent support for side sleeping, keeping my neck aligned, while the lower center works for back sleeping. Adjustable Height: The pillow comes with a removable insert. I removed it to make it slightly lower, which worked better for my neck, but it’s great to have the option to make it higher. No More "Slept Wrong" Pain: After just a few nights, I felt a massive improvement. I am waking up without that familiar neck pain. Cooling Material: The cover is quite breathable, and I haven’t felt like I was overheating, which is a common problem with memory foam. Cons: Adaptation Period: The first two nights felt a little strange because the pillow is quite firm compared to a feather pillow. However, the instructions mentioned this, and it was worth pushing through the adjustment phase. Odd Shape: It doesn’t look like a standard pillow, so it might not fit a standard pillowcase perfectly, but the cover it comes with is comfortable and washable. Verdict: If you have tried everything to get rid of neck pain and are tired of waking up stiff, this pillow is a fantastic, worthy investment. It takes a few nights to get used to, but it truly helps align the spine and provide proper support. Highly Recommended!

I bought this pillow based on the information provided on the website. When it arrived, the color was different, which is fine, but the quality does not match the description. It has no double cover, no double zipper as shown, and no removable foam as mentioned.

Comfortable and is what I expected

Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money

I like the support this pillow provides. Unfortunately, the pillow becomes downright uncomfortable when you change position in bed.
