I was skeptical in my expectations. I hope my experience helps someone else out there that is frustrated with all the marketing hype & BS when it comes to blood glucose control. I'd removed all sugar from my diet, read labels for hidden sugars, was eating low carb and wasn't having any results. My glucose would jump to 250 after 1 piece of bread and stay elevated for days. I tried insulin plant on a whim really, but I stuck with it because I take other supplements anyway. And, I figured it took years of eating "health" foods to create this problem. I figured it would take a little while to get back to balance again. It took me about 2 full bottles to get the results I was looking for (before/after pics included), but it did work. I'm still conscience of what I eat, but I can cheat once in a while with a cookie or some potatoes w/out my sugar going supernova. Eat whatever you want? Meh, not really!! (I mean why keep gorging the #@$% that gave you high sugar in the place?) But I do eat fruit almost daily with no sugar spikes. As a matter of fact, fruit lowers my overall blood sugar for the day! Unheard of, right? I do include other supplements in my routine as well. I take a combo of the insulin plant, cinnamon bark, vanadyl, chromium, magnesium & berberine. Yes. I know that is a lot of pills and it wasn't an overnight magical wand, but IT WORKED - at least for me. All this didn't start working well until I was on the insulin plant for a while. Also, I stopped drinking ALL diet drinks unless they were sweetened with Stevia, Monk Fruit or Erythritol. I feel 120% better. My blood pressure is like 20-year-old. My glucose is finally in normal range after being elevated for 10 years. And, I've lost 45 pounds. What's not to like?

This is our second buy of this product. I finished the first bottle. My sugar level came down as expected. I have no problems using it. Initially I take 2 before breakfast and 2 before lunch as directed.
