I ran into a situation where what I bought didn't have the herbal actions or taste that are to be expected from schisandra. They did not understand the nature of the issue, so I have 2lbs of some mystery herb that was labeled as schisandra that does not act or taste like actual schisandra does and they do not care. When you get actual schisandra from them, it is good and useful.
