I bought this mold because I wanted to start making my own chocolate bars at home, and it turned out to be a really good purchase. The mold has a nice solid feel and the cavities are shaped well, so the bars come out looking clean and professional. One thing I liked right away is how easy it is to remove the chocolate once it sets. As long as you let it cool properly, the bars pop out without breaking or sticking. The design also makes the chocolate bars look like something you’d buy at a store rather than homemade. The mold is flexible enough to release the chocolate easily but still sturdy enough that it doesn’t bend too much when you’re filling it. I’ve used it for regular chocolate, but it would also work well for things like peanut butter bars, protein bars, or even layered desserts. Pros: • Bars come out clean and detailed • Easy to release chocolate • Good balance of flexibility and durability • Makes nice uniform bars Cons: • Needs a flat surface when filling so it doesn’t spill • A lid would make it easier for stacking in the fridge Overall, if you like making your own chocolate or treats at home, this mold works really well and makes the final result look much more professional.

I wanted to make some chocolates with a little bit of kava extract in them, as an experiment. It worked out well using these molds. I had a little trouble getting the chocolate to smooth and settle, when topping off the molds, but that had to do with my inexperience with working with chocolate more than anything. I couldn't get the chocolate to liquify enough without over-heating it and it cooled too fast before getting all of it into the molds. However, the chocolate bars came out looking lovely on the tops and sides where the chocolate touched the molds. They were smooth, glossy, and perfectly formed. The bottoms just weren't as smooth and pretty. The chocolate bars were the perfect thickness and the individual segments of chocolate broke off perfectly with a nice snap, as expected with any chocolate bar. The bars came out of the molds without any problems and the molds were easy to clean. This was a pretty inexpensive purchase and it worked out well. I am pleased with the outcome.

Perfect mold for Dubai chocolate bars. We are obsessed. They are a little thin, but can make 6 small bars. Really easy to remove bars after cooling and makes a clean well molded bar, highly recommend.

The chocolate is easily removed from the molds, as they are so flexible. However, they are not made of very firm and thick material. As I moved the full molds to the refrigerator, they sagged in the middle. I dropped the first one right onto the floor. The second one, I was more careful in how I carried it. I would cautiously recommend.

Makes a good size chocolate bar. Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and easy to remove bar after it has hardened. The depth of the mold is just right to have multiple ingredients so I can create a chocolate bar with different flavors in it. Easy to clean.

I bought this to make some chocolate bars for gifting. The silicone mold itself is not very sturdy so I had to put it on a cookie sheet to kept it from bending with my first layer of chocolate. I was nervous about it bending and breaking my final product so I left the molds on the cookie sheet for the entire process because I kept moving them to the refrigerator for cooling. The silicone was easy to remove from the bars once set. I didn’t have any breakage! The bars came out perfect and look so professional! The silicone tray was a breeze to clean and store. I’m glad I bought these molds and would recommend.
