how exactly does someone put this on without assistance?

It is not that hard to put on and it is great to be able to move around with the ice pack and have it stay in place. I love mine and like knowing I have it ready if my shoulder flares up.

Can I use this on right or left shoulder/arm? Also, I am 215 lbs, and rather built...will this fit larger adult makes? Thanks

This can definitely be used on either arm. The elastic stretches enough to fit someone 6'1" and 210 LBS so I am assuming a few more pounds would not be a deal breaker. Good luck.
