This is hands down one of the best epoxies I’ve ever used for wood tables and concrete. I have Used many other brands, but this brand in particular mixes very well. It hardens at a slower rate. Just make sure that it’s not crazy hot outside or too cold. I’ve been using this company for years and I’ve never had an issue recently. I had a batch that harden within minutes before I could even apply it. I reached out to the company. Their customer service was beyond amazing. They sent me another batch very quickly. I highly recommend this company to anybody that does anything with epoxy.

Mixed it with water base paint to do a marble effect and it came out great! Easy to work with, smell isn’t super strong but still wear mask FYI, I had no bubbles ( I used a heat gun), was able to do my counter tops with this order so was worth the money, super shiny and clear! Mixing was easy just use a drill with silicone mixing tool and make sure it is completely mixed for 2-3mins.

When I did my first pour with mica powder it was about 1 inch.. poured fine, the few bubbles popped easily with a torch. Came out beautifully pic. 1, waited 2 days and poured another coat approximately 2 inches thick. Within 10 minutes, it started smoking and got very hot. It smoked for approximately 20 minutes then started cooling. As you can see in pic. 2. It appears if it divided itself away from the wood and has a wave in it on one end with imperfections in the the layer. Pic. 3 is in the center... clear as it could be and smooth as glass. Not sure what went wrong.

**UPDATE** It turns yellow! So mad going to have to redo my table. This is an inside table that has no direct sunlight. I have bought this brand twice now and I love it. So far I haven't had any curing issues. I initally bought it for a table top but used it on several othe small projects to get a feel for it. All of my small projects (tumblers, candle holders, vase) turned out great. Really clear, no bubbles, no fish eyes. Works great with alcohol inks wheater you are dripping it on or mixing the ink into the resin. I finally got brave and did a thin inital pour on my table. It turned out AMAZING no bubbles, self leveled wonderfully. Lightly sanded and poured a second thicker final coat same results, beautiful. In between my two purchases of wise bond I did purchas a different brand. It was a little less in price and it had good reviews. It was terrible! Tumblers had fisheyes, the same candle holder I had made previously never cured and were a sticky mess. I went back to wise bond and plan to keep using. Wish it was a little less expensive though.
