I spend time trying to understand what the differences are and what do I need? What I do not find confusing is the cost involved, invariably the price charged by a manufacturer who just sticks the company ‘s logo on the battery is way more than an unbadged battery. This battery cost roughly one third less than a Black and Decker battery and is very good. It hasn’t caused any harm to the strimmer and we now have the convenience of two batteries.
