The straps were nice and sturdy, I think they'll last for quite a while. It was bit of a learning curve to tighten them around my suitcase. I also had to figure out how to buckle them on to allow for raising and lowering the walking handle on my bag in a way that could be done quickly in the airport. Zero problems with them moving around/slipping in transit though. Great purchase.

This strap worked great for holding my cooler full of frozen fish closed during a recent airline trip. I was worried about the clip breaking after reading other reviews, so I also taped it shut, but it held together well in both directions (4 flights). Plus since it came as a pair, I had a replacement ready.

These are adjustable and fairly large so they would fit a wide variety of suitcases. They're easily adjustable but I bought them to secure a lid on a ball python tub. It feels like I'll have to check the tightness of them after opening them so that could become an inconvenience over time however if using them for luggage I don't see that as being an issue. The clip is large and easy to open/use so that's a plus. They're cheap and come as a two pack with a variety of color choices. Overall I think they'd be perfect for luggage and are going to work just fine for my use too.

Nice straps, bold rich red color! I could spot my luggage very easily & I’m very satisfied…I definitely would buy more in a different color….only small negative you have to tighten & loosen when it’s off the luggage 🧳 but that’s not a deal breaker at all for me. Also I just ordered stickers for the white tags 🏷️ part to personalize my luggage even more.

This is my second purchase of these straps. First purchase was a few years ago so I was happy I could go into my orders and find it then reorder. Sure, these would be great to put around your luggage to be sure it stays closed during travel. Plus, the bright red color would make it easy to identify the luggage at the baggage carrousel. My use is different. I have two large artificial Christmas trees that I store in their original boxes. The boxes are large and don't stay closed. Though there are little plastic handles embedded in the boxes, pulling the handles puts stress on the boxes. So...I place two of these straps around the each box and through the handles. That keeps the box closed during storage and gives me something to grab when carting the boxes up into the attic. Love these straps!

The strap themselves look good and at first glance without defects. However, they aren’t 79 inches they are 76 inches (this is measured with the 2 sides of the buckle opened and including the buckle). It is frustrating when you bought something after measuring your suitcase and now you have to scramble to find something else before your flight.

The female end of the seat belt was difficult to hook in the male end into in my new car. My husband suggested seatbelt extenders like we bought for his truck a few year ago. We purchased the 3" extenders for my new car. They are perfect. It brings the female end up so there is no digging between the seat to find that end. They are very convenient. We bought them for both the driver and passenger side. They are durable; they have been in my husband's truck for many years. They fit perfectly for the type of vehicle you identify on the order form.

These work great as an extra step to keep out suitcases closed when taking airline flights. Easy to use for us and TSA inspections. Have to replace them every couple of years as the plastic buckles get broken by conveyors, baggage handling, and such. They work well enough for what we need them for.

used it on all my suitcases for long haul international flight. very durable in summary.
