Easy to install and makes things easier with having a remote

These turned out to be a great solution to a wiring problem. My Electrician suggested these after a kitchen remodel, left some wiring issues unsolved. So he had me order these and he installed them for my kitchen island lights and also for my dining room table light. They work great! I would recommend.

Works well, Dimmer is very fast and hard to set.

I ordered the 2 pack, as I had 2 fans that needed replacement sending units and remotes. One of the transponders would not connect to the remote. I contacted the seller who gave me directions on how to determine if the remote or if the sending unit were defective. I responded that a sending unit was bad, so he sent a new unit, at no charge. After installation, the new sending unit and paired remote worked perfectly. I would recommend this seller.

These units replaced ones that were 20 years old. Was skeptical at first if these would do the job - worked like a charm. Fans up and running again like new. Easy to install and wire, anyone can do it with a little bit of common sense and basic household wiring experience. Would recommend these to anyone either replacing current devices or just adding them to existing fans that didn't come with remotes.

First off, I'm a licensed electrical journeyman and have installed MANY of these...... I liked the fact each had a DIP switch as I wanted to control both receivers off one remote. This was not a problem and worked fine for the fan portion. Using the light switch on the transmitter to dim the lights was a problem, however. I currently had 60W dimmable LED bulbs, which the description says it would work with, but I could not get both to come on at the same time, dim properly, basically work properly. Instructions said it would handle up to 240W, the three LED bulbs were approximately 25W so this should not have been a problem. Again, I went back to the instructions that came with the package and found they were for incandescent bulbs, so the description of the product for the type of bulbs it will work with is wrong. I purposely checked for this feature before I bought them! So, I went and bought 60W incandescent bulbs, 180W total for each device, and installed them. I hit the button, both came on but one went off after 3-5 seconds. Having had this problem before with the inexpensive controllers because of how many watts the device will actually handle, I removed one bulb from the non-working fixture and it seemed to work well with just the two bulbs at 120W. I will go back and buy 40W bulbs, install them and hope all works well. Basically, the devices will work. One transmitter will control two receivers and the devices seem like it will work WITH the right wattage of bulbs. The description appears to be wrong with it working with dimmable LED bulbs. Be sure the number of bulbs used will not exceed the recommended wattage, which seems to differ between devices. I'm going to have to go with 40W incandescent to be sure the wattage is not exceeded in that second unit, which is considerably less than the first. Hope this helps and good luck!

Replaced a Hunter Remote without a pair button, messed around for hours trying to reprogram it....gave up and ordered this. Took me about 15 minutes to wire it up and to my surprise it worked on the first try! Not sure what I'll do with the secound one, but hoping it will work in another room that never had a remote? I'll update yall and let you know
