It works well and looks great. It arrived well packed with nothing broken, and I found it very easy to assemble, referring to the instruction sheet only a couple of times (but I have a lot of experience with IKEA products). My only suggestion is that they add some non-volatile memory to the electronics package so that users don't have to re-enter all their preferred settings at the beginning of each work-out session (e.g., session length, calories instead of distance, and such). It would also benefit from a better quality LCD display. The one they use is really hard to read until I bend down to view it head-on. Reading the display while I'm rowing is very nearly impossible. Fortunately, my Apple Watch is a far better fitness tracker, so the built-in electronics aren't a huge problem for me.
