Had an issue with the light box not working. I emailed SHINE and they gave me a couple things to try. When nothing worked, they replaced the broken light box. They were very helpful and replied quickly.

This lighting is pretty

This product works great and easy to set up .. the only issue is that it has 1 screw to keep the fiber tail attached to the light source which is rather cheap way of doing .. and it can clearly come off easily enough.. I've put purses back on often so 2 screws would have worked better. Otherwise the colors are bright the remote works well and if you are like and more than one the remote works for both as they are in close proximity

Nothing whatsoever to dislike about this fiber-optic curtain light kit! It is GORGEOUS!!!! We hung it in a corner of the room over the Cozy Compression Canoe in our Community's Sensory Room and now we need to order another one for our grandkids to enjoy at home! It would look awesome inside a tent swing, I think! At their house it cannot be expected to last as long, however, but we will see........ It would make a great gift but it's durability would totally depend on how it is played with because while it is meant for play and to be enjoyed it is not a toy per-se, but more of a soothing decor to be added to a calm space. A child's interaction with it should be encouraged, however, and never discouraged for maximum benefit.

It needs to be installed immediately or the strings of light fall off.
