I used this repair kit to replace the rope and to replace the flag holders my flagpole came with. The kit contained holders of coated metal which is much stronger and sturdier than the plastic holders which in Florida doesn’t last long without breaking or rotting from the heat and humidity. My Flag is secure now! Long may it wave!

Excellent kit nice quality rope and I like the rubber coated clips for my flagpole. Easy to install. A good upgrade to know that my flags will be safe.

This does have what you need to replace an old flag pole rope. The included instructions were lacking useful information on how to attach the flag holders to the rope. It is a nice rope but i can tell it will not last long in the eastern North Carolina weather. I have another rope of the same material and it has broke down quickly in this weather. The rope is a soft material so it is gentle on your hands when raising and lowering.

Excellent quality rope. Just remember that the ends need to be heat sealed if you need to cut the rope. The hooks are rubber coated and won’t scratch your flag pole (like my old hooks did!).

Easy replacement of existing, old line splicing old to new with shipping tape. Moves much more smoothly than old line and looks much better.

Very strong, super durable, held up to 80 mph gusts, would definitely buy again

It was easy to replace and seems very well made.

Strung my halyard on my flag pole to day. Will have to see how long it lasts in the weather. The kit was good and came in a timely manner.
