I rarely review a supplement, because unless you can take a test you may not know for sure you are getting the results you were looking for. However, I truly believe I am getting the results I was looking for when I ordered this supplement. Once again, letting food be my medicine has worked wonders for me. I ordered the supplement, because I know my arteries could use some cleaning. I have experienced angina at times and after being able to keep my BP in check naturally I wanted to address the angina issue naturally as well. I also take extra virgin olive oil for healthy arteries; however, it didn't address the angina issue the way I would have liked for it to. Thankfully, I saw a video that talked about how cayenne pepper was so good for your heart, so I thought I'd try it. So glad I did. I haven't even been taking the supplement a full month yet and I'm getting the results I was looking for. I take the one capsule three times a day and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm on no prescription drugs because of healthy supplements like this one... vitamins, nutrients, and healthy food.

A friend who is a doctor told me that if you ever think you're having a heart episode, take several of these immediately. Hope I never have to, but just passing that along. Seems to be very good quality, capsules clear.

I take this to prevent and heal heart issues. It's like an insurance plan. I believe it helps clear blood clots, and heart damage if youve had any. It always makes me feel so good and i like putting it in my food. I read spicy foods help block pain in the body too. I actually do feel that it helps my energy.

I crushed my spine 39 years ago, just had fusion in my neck and lumbar. I've been in horrible pain since but the fusion reduced my pain in those 2 areas. I had flesh eating strep in 1 finger in '97, it inflamed my joints everywhere. I ate a really spicy chicken patty at a friends and felt oddly better the next day. Immediately sent for these, a real bargain! My inflammation has been much better after 2 weeks! Saw the benefits right away! I'm a professional musician and my dexterity took a dive, these have really helped my hands!!! These caps have a slight taste of hot pepper, if they opened up in my mouth or throat there'd be hell to pay! I drink a cup of milk and usually eat some yogurt to make sure I don't burn up. So far so good!

All I can say is...HEARTBURN in a bottle. If you can tolerate it, go for it.
