I despise overly sweeten liquids unless we are talking about natural fruit juices (and even then i am cautious). I only put water, coffee, beer, wine, whiskey, and more water in my body... with that said I was able to adapt to the sweetness of these drinks (strawberry kiwi not so much). I recommend them, they have improved the quality of my workouts. I do mostly functional weight training (kettlebell, heavy club, sandbags) and some HIIT with dbs and bbs. For cardio i play some fairly intense beach volleyball 2v2... These products have helped my performance especially in the brutal sun at the beach. Also, I do recommend taking this product twice a day as they suggest. At first I did not, thinking that was a way to get the consumer to purchase more of the product.
