115200 is the maximum, Fast enough in my opinion.

If i install only this rf module on a product that i want to sell in usa. does that product has to be fcc certified too?

You only need to declare the FCC ID of the RYLR896 on your product label.

What can be done with 3 or more modules? Can they all talk to each other or 2 to 1?

Yes they can all talk to each other. I have 6 talking to 1, and that 1 transmits the data to the web. 1 of the transmitters is 8 houses away.
